Changing products

If the customer wants to change the size or color of the ordered product or wants to replace it with another product, the customer will send the product he wants to change by courier, to the address of the work point: Boulevard Unirii, no. 2, Bucharest, Sector 4, together with the invoice and all related labels and accessories, after having previously notified in writing, at the email address magazin@superb-v.ro , the merchant (SC SUPERB by Valentina SRL) regarding the intention to change the product. The shipment of the new product is done by fast courier to the address specified by the customer.

The product sent for replacement is subject to the same rules as in the case of returning the product in the sense that it must be sent for replacement in perfect conditions, i.e. in the same conditions in which they arrived at the time of delivery, without signs of wear or damage, without signs of wear or use,
