DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery costs are borne by SC SUPERB by Valentina SRL

Where are Superb by Valentina parcels delivered?

All orders from Romania will be honored.

How long will it take to receive the order?

Orders placed before 16:00 from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day and will be delivered in a maximum of 3-4 working days.

The products will be shipped by the courier company FAN Courier, based in Bucharest.

External factors and exceptional situations (exceptional weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, natural disasters, street demonstrations or special situations that prevent the delivery of the package by the courier) that may have the effect of delaying the delivery of orders are not the responsibility of SC SUPERB by Valentina , because they they are phenomena that cannot be controlled by our team.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have changed your mind about the chosen model, the size does not fit or you want your money back, then you can choose to exchange/return the products.

How can I return the products?

To return the ordered products, the following steps must be followed:

- The customer calls any courier company to pick up the package

- Complete the return form and add the bank account to which the money will be returned

- Add the return form together with the products in the package (if you lost the return form, contact us by phone at 0743.162.742 or at the email address magazin@superb-v.ro with the subject 'Return #Order-Number').

- Specify on the package ' RETUR Superb by Valentina ' and send it to the address Bulevardul Unirii, no. 2, sect 4, Bucharest, Romania

- After receiving the parcel and validating the products, their value will be reimbursed in no more than 14 calendar days to the bank account specified in the return form

If the products show signs of wear, the return will be refused, and the products will be returned to the customer.

What conditions must the returned product meet?

The return/exchange will be accepted if the product is in the same condition as when received. It must not be worn, it must not show signs of wear (smell, dirt, scratches, creases from wear, etc.), stains or tears in the material. Our recommendation is to try the products without removing the removable label.

The product composition label must not be missing, otherwise the return will be refused.

Within how many days can I make the return?

The products purchased in our online store can be returned within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

After how long will I receive the money back?

The value of the returned order will be reimbursed within 14 calendar days at the latest after receiving the return, after validating the products in the package.

The refund will be made by bank transfer, but only for the value of the products ordered.
