Product return policy
The customer has the right to notify the merchant (SC SUPERB by Valentina SRL) in writing, at the email addressmagazin@superb-v.ro , that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt the product, by returning it within 14 days from the communication of the decision to give up the purchased product, together with the related accessories, according to Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer protection when concluding distance contracts with subsequent amendments. The written notification must contain the following data:

According to the legal provisions in force, it is necessary for the products to be returned in perfect conditions, i.e. in the same conditions in which they arrived at the customer at the time of delivery, without signs of wear or damage, without signs of wear or use, the products must come accompanied by the invoice and all the labels and accessories with which they arrived at the customer.
Otherwise, to the extent that the products show traces of use or wear, the labels are torn or even missing, SC SUPERB by Valentina SRL will evaluate the products and determine if their value has been diminished, in which case it will notify the customer about the amount that will be withheld in this regard. According to art. 14 para. 3 of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts, the decrease in value can reach up to 100%.

SC SUPERB by Valentina SRL will return the full value of the returned products to the customer, within 14 calendar days at most from the date on which it is informed about the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract, using the same payment methods as those used by the customer for the initial transaction , with the exception of the case in which the client has agreed to another method of payment and on the condition that the client does not have to pay commissions related to the return of the consideration.
